Rustics of Montana is a custom design log builder. We want to build to your satisfaction. We can build from floor plans you may already have, or we can draft a typical set of floor plans to meet your needs. We also have a wide selection of pre-drafted floor plans from which you may choose. We have often taken plans from customers and had them redrafted to develop their ideal log home. Have your plans already? Whether they are on the back of a napkin or something more formal, you can send your plans to us via fax, at 1-775-306-6578 (There may be long distance charges applicable when you make this call). We will review them, and talk to you more about providing you with a bid for your plans!

There is a charge for our drafting services up front. When you place your order with us, the drafting charges are used as a credit toward your down payment!

If any engineering services is or log grading are needed, these services are priced separately on an as needed basis, and is not eligible for the down payment credit.
