We do not always sell what the industry calls a 'package'. We prefer to build custom homes as we are a custom design, hand-crafted log builder, building exactly what you want.

However, we have put together a couple of packages with some very popular styles that are built frequently, often with only minor changes. We have done this only to show you that even though our log homes and buildings are hand crafted, are prices are very competitive. Several companies that sell so-called 'complete' packages do not include top quality material. Any package that we put together will have only the highest quality material included. We suggest that you compare the materials we offer to the materials of other companies.

Rustics has included a couple of units to compare. One unit is small to midsize with approximately 1240 sq. ft. for a weekend retreat or small family. The other unit is approximately 1960 sq. ft. with a 2-car garage. This is a very nice family style home with a lot of personal glamour. Either house can have several changes made to meet your needs.
